Lomilomi Healing Session

Service Description

This is a great choice if you are coming to work through deeper emotional, psychological, spiritual, and physical things in your life. These sessions are open-ended, no time constraints, allowing space for whatever comes up. We work until we are finished, which often takes 3-4 hours. The session will be custom-tailored to your needs and will include a combination of dialogue, meditation, breathwork, and Lomilomi to facilitate a transformative experience. The focus is on personal evolution through healing the whole being. This holistic approach creates long-lasting positive change. Tools in my Lomilomi toolbelt include: ~Heartworks: Long ocean wave strokes that flow across the body, integrating, relaxing, and healing ~Temple-Style: A rhythmic dance across the body that infuses bodywork with sacred geometry, long flowing strokes, and deep stretches, which creates lasting change. ~Ha Breathwork: Ha breathing catalyzes change. It releases stuck energy from the body, particularly the emotion of grief and makes room for new life to blossom. ~Bone Washing & Creating Space: Clearing emotional wounds and stuck energy from the body using pressure, movement, rocking, shaking, and stretching ~Meditation and Dialogue: My office is a safe space for whatever arises. I am here to witness your experience and will hold space for anything that needs to be shared. Grounding meditation is often used to help us stay fully present with all that is, so we show up to the session with all of us, honoring and holding whatever is present as we breathe in, and letting it all go as we breathe out.
