The Body Tune Up is a two-part system designed to give your system a thorough detoxm bring your structure into alignment, and improve your health and wellbeing. Part 1: Digestive System Rebalancing ~ All health begins in the gut. When people take on too much stress, it overloads valves in the digestive tract, causing toxin recycling, which breaks down the colon lining and causes a wide range of symptoms. This condition is known as Leaky Gut Syndrome. I use muscle testing to check for Leaky Gut and manual adjustments to reset any valves that are not working properly. I also balance the meridian system and use acupressure points to detox the colon. This work also requires a 14 day meal plan to allow the gut to heal. The combination of adjustments and meal plan is very effective. Part 2: Passive Structural Alignment ~ I use muscle testing to check the alignment of vertebrae, ribs, hips, cranials, and more. Then I use a gentle technique based on the principles of Orthobionomy to press any misaligned bones back into place. This can drastically relieve back/neck pain as well as headaches/migraines. It can also improve posture, range of motion, and energy flow. This is also available as an add-on to massage sessions
