Join us for a 4 day intensive breathwork training with Kahuna, teacher, and author of Wise Secrets of Aloha, Harry Uhane Jim.

 

I are so grateful to have Uncle Harry returning to Vermont after almost 3 years in Hawai'i. Each workshop with him presents a new opportunity to explore our inner landscape, and cultivate experience with this work that can then be shared with others! This class will focus on Lomi HA ~ Ancient Hawaiian Breathwork and Lomilomi.

Breathwork is a very effective tool for releasing emotional baggage and traumas and connecting to our higher selves. In order to offer this to others, it is critical that we first do the work ourselves. In this training, we will dive deep into our own inner work, and leave with the experience and skills to offer it to others, or simply to continue practicing it on our own.

​

In this class, Harry will share:

• Creation of Space in between the bones and joints - Opening the body to let energy flow

• Bonewashing - Clearing the skin of the bones of stagnated energy

• Po'o - Releasing tension from suture muscles in the head

• Lomi Ha - Transformational Breathwork

• Lau Lima - Laying on of Hands, Hawaiian-Style Energy work

And of course, you will get a hearty dose of Harry’s infamous humor and wisdom that he shares in every circle.

 

This training will be a residential retreat experience, which helps participants deepen their experience, and provides the opportunity to reconnect with our Ohana and meet awesome some new friends and community members. 

 

This training will be held at the gorgeous Milldale Farm Center for Wellness. There will be free time to enjoy the beautiful VT countryside and nearby Lake Fairlee as well as to use the outdoor wood-fired sauna!

This training is eligible for VSAC grants for Vermont residents. Payment plans are also available.
